Fabric Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is a computer printing process using heat to transfer dyes to fabrics. The size of each color panel is the medium being printed, for example, a 6" by4" dye sub printer will have four 6 " by 4" panels. In the printing cycle, the printer roller moves the medium and a color plate to the thermal printer head. The tiny heating elements on the head rapidly change the temperature and place different amounts of dye according to the amount of heat applied. The whole process is repeated four or five times: the first three puts the color on the medium to form a complete image; then may or may not be a black heat transfer process; and the last one puts the laminated material on the top. This layer of protective dyes is protected against UV and moisture.

We can make all kinds of styles and produce hundreds of styles for different customers.

Color Screen Printing

The pure color of a custom bag is the result of millions of ink spots, forcing it through screen templates scrapers. Most screen printers use spot color technology to maximize the appearance and brightness of the color. The first color is applied and dried by a method called flash. This step is repeated with each subsequent color until the printing is finished. After the entire image is passed through the final high temperature dryer to put ink in the fabric, the bag screen printing process is completed .

We can handle almost any screen printing art, and have produced hundreds of designs for all kinds of customers.

Applique is a small ornament applied to the fabric surface. The decals are usually one. The applique fabric is placed on a base as a piece of fabric, and the fabric is cut larger than the actual Decal size. When the fabric is laid on the foundation, the embroidery needles are placed on the applique and fixed on the foundation. Some applique patterns can contain more than one fabric, and stitching additional line placement and merging the fabric shape to repeat steps.

We offer a full range of applique options and produce hundreds of designs for different customers.

Raised Embroidery

Raised embroidery is a style in which stitched graphics are raised from the surface of the work to create a three-dimensional effect. The process consists of placing a layer of foam rubber larger than expected in the top of the decorative material. The shape is then embroidered on the top of the foam rubber. When the embroidery is completed, the superfluous foam is removed from the design area (leaving or cleaning), leaving the underneath the shape of the foam captured by the embroidery stitch, resulting in a stumpwork effect.
